Been with the CRG since 2002 and has overseen the development of Country Range into a leading catering brand and created a buying team whose professional approach is respected throughout the industry.
Liz was the Group’s first employee in 1992 and the original Girl Friday. She relinquished the role of Finance and Operations Manager in 2016 and now looks after the welfare of the Group and our central team.
Dean has been with The Country Range Group since 2013 and heads up the Trading Department. In addition to this, he is heavily involved in our commodity purchasing and tracking the various markets around the world and has a key role with many of our branded partners.
Craig joined the buying team in 2018 with a clear focus on keeping us competitive, Craig manages our contract tender schedule. He is involved in commodity purchasing, including canned fruit and ethnic products, along with gravies, bouillons, jams and condiments amongst others. Craig also covers our non-food category.
Viki has been with the team since the end of 2021 and is currently looking after our bakery, desserts, seafood and soft drinks categories. In addition to this, Viki leads our monthly promotional offering from a Trading perspective through from start to finish.
Tom joined The Country Range Group at the end of 2022. Tom has an extensive background in the retail meat sector as well as wholesale. Tom currently leads our cooked and frozen meat categories along with flour, herbs and spices, crisps/snacks and hot beverages.
A team member since 2012, Emma is responsible for the strategy and execution of all areas of our Group marketing, including the events and digital transformation of assets and support tools provided to members and customers. Her department are our eyes and ears, bringing industry insight and food trend information to our buyers and members and sharing this with customers through our Stir it up publications. Emma also works with branded suppliers to create bespoke marketing plans to increase sales and brand awareness across the Country Range Group membership.
Rachel joined the Group in 2022 with an extensive knowledge of brand management and product development. Her focus is on overseeing Country Range own-brand collections, driving the group’s marketing strategy and engaging with key stakeholders within the central team and the membership.
Graham joined The Country Range Group in 2022 and is focused with creating, developing and executing the group’s digital marketing strategy and ensuring that the marketing assets offered to members are relevant and efficient. He is also working on developing the group’s communication tools that key brands can utilise to reach catering customers across the membership.
Bella joined the team in 2021 and is focused on ensuring that all monthly promotional deadlines are met as well as being involved in the organisation of some of the group's main events.
Katrina joined the Group in 2005 and shares her time between developing new products for the Country Range brand, leading our Category Management strategy and managing CRG Insight.
Moya has been a member of the team since 2017 and oversees the quality of our Country Range brand, making sure that all factories are quality assured and the brand is consistently produced to our high-quality specification.
Janette has been with the CRG since 1999 and now has full responsibility for Group Finance ensuring we remain true to our core value to “treat every penny like it’s our own.”
Angela joined us in 2019 and links in with our suppliers and Members to keep our payments prompt and communication flowing
Joined the team in 2017 and works closely with our buyers and Members to keep everyone organised and ensure a regular flow of communication.
Sarah joined the team in 2021 and works closely with our Members and Suppliers to make sure all the important deadlines are met.
With over 30 years’ experience throughout the foodservice industry, Paul understands the challenges facing caterers. Using the latest insight and global food trends, he develops exciting menus, recipes and products for The Group.
With decades of catering logistics experience under their belts, the Country Range Group Board guide us in a way where we can continuously deliver for our members on a daily basis, quickly and efficiently, while never sacrificing on quality.
