The Country Range Group is delighted to welcome Tracey Redfearn as its new Head of Marketing (Interim), starting on 7th October. Tracey joins at a particularly exciting time for the Group, following the recent growth in membership. She will be working alongside a well-established and talented marketing team, bringing her vast experience to further enhance their ongoing campaigns and drive fresh, innovative strategies.

Tracey’s 34-year career has spanned multiple sectors, including retail, wholesale, trading, and brand management, making her a great fit for the role. Her deep understanding of the industry, along with her strong commercial relationships, will not only support the marketing team but also benefit the wider business. Tracey’s expertise will play a key role in strengthening supplier relationships, engaging with key stakeholders, and contributing to the Group’s ambitious growth plans, including its target of £1 billion in sales turnover.
